yeah, I know I know, why the hell do I need another camera right?  But these things have been calling my name since I’d seen them in the back of NG adventurer a year or so ago…  And they finally made a wide version (instead of the rumored wide angle adapter) so how could I POSSIBLY resist a wide angle version of a gadget I already wanted?  Anyway, what is it?  It’s a very small camera those comes with it’s own waterproof housing.  It take either videos or stills, but is setup to take a still every 2 seconds or every 5 depending on the settings.  But the key is the housing and the bits that come with it.  I got the “motorsports” kit which means it comes with a rad suction cup mount (that’s good to ~150mph!) that will work on my car, the boat, my skis, my snowboard, my surfboard and ELIAS’ HIGHCHAIR!!!  I also picked up the bike mount which will work on tubing (it’s meant for bikes, but ski poles and boat tillers will work as weel).  So this will be a fun way to get some creative shots of just about anything.  I can’t wait to play with it some more, but already it’s a hit with Elias, and he’s already helping with some testing on the case and just how waterproof it is.
