I’m getting this blog update hammered out today so I can relax and enjoy some foolsball tomorrow as well as go out to lunch/brunch with some friends from NSOP…  So you’ll be a day late because of my day earliness…  Today started out well….  Phone rings this morning with a call about why our checking account might be a few grand in the hole.  Turns out that Inskip MINI typed in the amount to charge Nikki for service with an extra digit in there.  Lets just say it was enough to go from a few hundred to a few thousand in a hurry putting us well in the hole.  So that was an hour and a half on the phone… I’m thinking I should send them a bill for 1.5 hours * their $112 labor rate, what do you think?


Not to boor you with stupid financial nightmares, but that was NOT the way I wanted to start my weekend.  Other than that we went out and ran some errands today.  We’re set for chili during the game tomorrow after we go out for lunch.   It’s been freezing cold here lately, most of you know that, but my parents will enjoy knowing we’ve had snow on the ground for the entire month of January which isn’t something I remember over the years in RI for the winter.  Normally I’d LOVE having snow around all the time, but because we live in lovely SOUTHERN NE, it’s snowed then rained in at least 3 of the storms this month, so it’s a lovely coating of white icy goodness that makes it difficult to not kill yourself.
