I’ve been a bit busy the last few weeks (always a good thing) so I’ve fallen a tad bit behind with two of my landscape shoots (clients come first!). I finally got a chance to sit down and process a set from Hazard Ave on July 30th and then Sakonnet Point August 8th. Hazard was an expensive morning as my Lee CP slipped out of the holder and shattered on the rocks you see in the third shot. That filter has always slid in the holder and I’d been meaning to fix it, but of course it slipped before I got to it (it’s since been replaced and the holder is modified so it won’t happen again). The Sakonnet shoot was especially fun for me because my son tagged along with me for his very first sunrise. It took the promise of a donut to get him up at 4am with me (and then I had to find a 24 hour DD) but we had a ton of fun once he woke up a bit (as I was setting up the first shot he told me to hurry up so “we can be done and go home.”). Enjoy.
Some really nice work here, the colors in the third shot do it for me.
Thanks Chris.
These are some of my favorites!!!
