I might need a vacation from my vacation this time around… Nikki had to use all her vacation when Isabella was born, so this year I was on my own. I picked up the new viper Friday which took about 5 hours to drag home in 4th of July traffic (I’m VERY glad I “had” to borrow a automagic transmission truck to get it home). Saturday was rig the boat then sail it day (wow, the chute tube makes it easier to sail). Sunday and Monday were fun days of eating and water play at the cottage and Andy’s birthday. Tuesday was a 1am start to shoot the sunrise in MA/NY (Bash Bish falls, check the link at the bottom) then sailing all afternoon to practice and race (two 6ths out of 9) and our practice started in almost 20kt so we were FLYING and it was EASY… Wednesday was a beach day with Nikki and the kids. Thursday wad Daddy Daycare with Isabella at home and Elias at daycare. Elias came home with an infected pimple which meant he and I went off to the hospital for the next 36 hours (not fun)… Then we came home Saturday AM for Cars2 which was awesome. Sunday was visiting nurse day, then off to Nikki’s Uncle Mike’s 70th Bday. Phew. Enjoy!
