Well, everything is still going pretty well here on the baby front! Isabella is only waking Nikki once during the night which means Nikki is usually pretty well rested. Elias is still very helpful and caring of his sister and keeps telling us things big brothers need to do to help (most of which are actually helpful!). The weather has gotten a lot nicer lately so we went for walks both days this weekend and even for our first trip to frosty freeze yesterday (then to the Stinton’s for dinner!). For the most part the only issue we had this past week is Elias came home from school and got sick Monday night. We thought he was fine and sent him back Thursday, but Friday he got sick again at school and got sent home (Nikki drove there and picked him up). He once again seems fine, and they went to the Doctor for him last week and they said he was fine as well. No idea what that’s about. Otherwise Isabella is more and more alert when she’s awake which has been fun and I’ve finally learned a way to get her to fall asleep with me if I get her when she’s awake, so we’ve been enjoying some father daughter time together this week.
