Happy New Year everyone!  It’s been another great year for us.  Elias is getting more and more fun all the time.  Photographically I’ve finished off another PAD project (photo a day) with almost all of the shots being taken of my favorite subject, ELIAS!  I’ve also managed to update the blog 97 times in a year with 39 landscape shoots as well as the Elias updates.

As for this last week, I’ve been enjoying my week off at work.  It’s been a ton of parties and fun socially which has kept us busy.  I managed to get up to Loon and ski/snowboard on Monday.  We also had a new years eve dinner at the pub with Andy, Debbie, 2 of Elias’ 4 great grand mothers and his Aunt Colby and Uncle Steve which was a ton of fun (Elias was very good for 2+ hours in a high chair slowly eating the entire time). Yesterday was Hayden’s third birthday which was a ton of fun.  The kids were having a blast as were the adults.

It’s also been snowing here for what seems like 3 days straight.  It snowed new years eve, then again yesterday and it’s snowing today as well.  It’s not a lot of snow, but we’ve gotten around 6″ total over the duration.  It’s always funny to hear locals complain about snow here as we live in New England and it snows here EVERY WINTER.  Yet every winter people complain and seem to forget how to deal with it (the weatherman was talking about “how much” snow we’ve gotten this year today and it’s only snowed 4 days total so far…).
