Well it’s been an interesting week for sure. Elias had his tubes done last week because of all the ear infections he’s had. Well this week he…. got another ear infection!!! Then he also go pink eye…. So I had to miss work Thursday to take him to the Drs. Luckily I had Friday off already to take him back again to another Dr. It seems everything is OK now, but it’s still not fun having to have him get these infections all the time. Elias also smacked Moseley over the head with a toy on Friday which made the dog snap at him. There wasn’t any blood luckily, but it was scary enough Moseley isn’t with us anymore. Fortunately Nikki used to work at the potter league and that’s where Moseley came from so we know he’s at a great shelter and will find a better home, but it’s still sad. Along with all that Elias decided he wanted to sleep in his REAL bed now, so we’ve had a string of tough nights getting him to bed (he goes between the crib and the bed then gets up and calls for us then repeats the cycle). But as I type this he’s asleep in his big boy bed. Easter was fun as we went to brunch at the pub with Nikki’s family. We had birthday Dinner with my Parents Saturday for my Dad’s Bday. Then Sunday afternoon my mom came over and helped with yard work. Our back yard now looks amazing and we have a great start on everything (I got the second stump out), we just need to get to the wood pile and front yard come this weekend.
