Wow, busy weekend but only because we did tons of fun things! Saturday we got up around 7am and I started vacuuming while Nikki got Elias up and we cleaned the house and were out the door by 8:30am. We took Elias to Andy’s Barber who’s now cut 4 generations of Stinton hair! Elias did pretty well for his first haircut. He say still but didn’t love it. Andy and Debbie then took us out to breakfast which was delicious and we then went to the Escobar farm in Portsmouth for their annual corn maize which was a lot of fun. We also hit up the pumpkin patch which got an “oh…. my….. god!!!!!” from Elias when he first saw it. He and Debbie swapped out one pumpkin for a different better one about a million times while Nikki Andy and I had a great time watching and commenting.
Saturday night my parents came over and watched Elias for the Night. Nikki and I went out to celebrate our EIGHT wedding anniversary! We went to a friends gallery opening at Voila in Wickford and then ate at Tavern By the Sea which was amazing. We also picked up a keurig to celebrate as well (on Thursday) which we’d been thinking about for a while. A big thanks to both our parents that made everything happen!
Today I woke up early and went to Ender’s Falls with Andy (Stockwell) and shot the sunrise which is always fun. It’s one of the places we shoot where you actually NEED a friend just in case, there are some big cliffs/rocks and lots of water, so you need someone for help and times and it takes some teamwork (handing things that can’t get wet to each other) to get to some of the shots. We had a great time. After the shoot it was his daughter’s 3rd birthday so we all headed to their house for a great afternoon of fun with some amazing weather.
