Finally got the video wrapped up for the classified 180.  No pictures because I’ve already returned the bag to B&H.  It’s a good bag, but fails on a few key levels that ruin it for me.  The strap is terrible.  Really, that bad.  W/o much weight in the bag it’s uncomfortable.  The $80 incase sling has a MUCH better strap for $50 less…  The hard nature of the lowepro also makes it tough to use and uncomfortable because it doesn’t sit flat on your back.  This bag with 2 good straps and w/o the stiffness would be great.  Also, lowepro, drop the classified moniker.  You’re overcharging for details we don’t care about.  Leather zipper pulls?  Really?  Suede on the dividers?  Leather accents?  OK, if you HAD to hit a $250+ price point I could see it I guess (billingham?) but why take what should be an $80 bag and add $2 in cost to it and $50 in price?  Is anyone really asking for a better looking higher end bag?  I don’t see it….

Someone will make a killer side access bag that’s built just for photography (ie access to the ENTIRE bag from the side, not just my camera).  This isn’t it.  Not sure who will do it.  Hope this review helps.  I doubt I’ll even influence bag makers, but at least some of you can see what the bag looks like and get some honest feedback.
