Elias got to meet Santa finally!  He’s been saying “Ho Ho Ho!!!” every time he’s seen one for a few weeks now, but his daycare had “breakfast with Santa” Saturday morning.  It was a fun event where we all had breakfast and they had Santa there ready to take requests.  Elias wasn’t ready to sit in his lap, but he sat with us next to Santa and was very interested.  He also kept pointing at him and hoing.  Saturday was also Nikki’s work Christmas party so we got to go out for a great evening with that group while my parents took care of Elias at our house.  They seemed to have a good time and Elias couldn’t say “Bumpa!” enough today.  Grandma also got to bail us out and watch him Friday because he had a fever.  We took him to the Dr’s today and it turns out he’s got a dual ear infection.  Both Grandmas are teaming up to help us cover tomorrow.  I guess we’ll have to look into tubes?
