Yeah, it’s ALMOST Elias birthday…  So close in fact today was his first (of 2) parties…  Debbie and Andy threw him an awesome party today at their place and we invited everyone we knew with kids as well as Nikki’s family and friends.  It was a great time and Elias seemed to enjoy all the commotion.  He DID NOT however like cake! 🙁  Too much sugar maybe?  Any-who, Elias scored some awesome loot, we all had a great time with great friends and have full bellies, so thanks for all involved!


Tomorrow it’s a Jacobsen family Bday with us and my parents.  We were supposed to be flying to SLC tomorrow for a week of much needed vacation with my Sister, but work had a major mishap last week with he computer system and our customers really need some costings done, so I was asked to postpone the vacation a bit.  We’ll be going out in about a month we hope, but we both were really looking forward to some time away from everything, plus to see Jess and Ben’s house and check out SLC a bit.


You’ll also notice some shots of Elias at my parents house starting off this weeks images.  That was actually last Sunday, but I posted last weeks blog before we went over there.  I’ll also have you know Elias is even closer to really walking……  He’s now standing for ~5+ seconds and THEN will walk ~5 steps.  So it won’t be long until we’re in real trouble around here… 😆
