We had another fun weekend. Saturday was Debbie’s (my mother in law) 60th birthday. We woke up early, walked on the beach, then went off to the store to get supplies for cheesecake. Nikki got called into work (emergency treatment for 2 dogs) so I stayed home and whipped up 2 of my famous cheesecakes and had enough left over for 6 minis. The afternoon/evening was spend at the party and we had a great time. Nikki’s Aunt Pat took care of the food, which was amazing as usual. Sunday we slept in a bit, then went out to breakfast (eggs over hash…. Mmmmmm!). After that we went geocaching, and found 3 caches:

A bridge too far, A bend in the River, and Hanging in the Balance. I took these while at “A bend in the River”:

I took the picture above while at a bend in the river. Great spot to go for a hike with the dog. When we got home Nikki and I had a great time watching some football highlights (Packers are 4-0 and Bret Farve for his 421st and 422nd TD passes breaking the record!). We also made dinner together which was fun, then I finally setup my mini studio upstairs and took some pictures of Nikki:

Not sure if I like the color or B+W better, so I posted both sets. All in all another great weekend.
